Agreement

This agreement is between you the Client and Compoundingdirect.com. Our company supplies services in sourcing chemicals and that allow our clients to perform a number of chemical functions for pharmacy compounding.

Please note that we are brokers acting on behalf of our clients and that we are not liable if a third party manufacturer defaults. All our fine chemicals are manufactured in factories who conform to Current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP and have been approved by Health Canada and the FDA.

Patents

Compoundingdirect.com does not warrant that the use or sale of the products listed will not infringe upon the claims of any patents covering the product itself, or use thereof, in combination with other products, or in the operation of any products.

Terms Of Service

Compoundingdirect.com acts as the "agent/broker" of the Client for the purpose of performing duties in connection with the purchase and release of goods, the securing of  licenses, the filing of documentation on behalf of the Client and other dealings with Government Agencies etc.

When you use Internet based services such as e-mails without electronic signatures,  you agree to the terms and of the entire agreement. Should you not agree with these terms please call toll free at
1-888 -752 -5696 and a representative will be glad to guide you threw our policy and/or questions about or services. All our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Terms Of Payment

All invoices are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Compoundingdirect.com may change this agreement at any time in accordance with the then applicable laws.  We may add, delete or amend terms or services. We will notify you of such changes by mail.
